Location is fantastic.

It could do with a real deep clean and a bit of maintenance here and there. It’s obviously been looked after but needs some attention.

Closeness to the beach was ideal for a family holiday. Walk to local shops, good playground and cafe only 5 minutes. The shower and TV were brilliant. Lovely views.

The entrance and exit door locks were extremely tricky, however maintenance host did come and help. The kitchen was under equipped for a family of 5 and the drawers and oven were dirty. The property was advertised as 3 bedrooms but there were only two and a grubby bed divan in the lounge. No decent deck furniture to sit outside on, just a barbeque table.

Location is superb. Just over the coast road from the beach. Walking distance to supermarket, town and an extensive play park for children.

I think the off-road parking allocated to the property was just down the road and not directly outside which would have been ideal. Steep steps at the property entrance were difficult to navigate with children/pram.

The location of the property is good but it got ruined by the property itself.

There was no hot water in the property throughout all our stay. Despite contacting the landlord he didn't end up taking any action to fix it. Our holiday was ruined and we couldn't enjoy neither the beach no our stay and ended up with skin allergies because we couldn't shower after we swam in the beach opposite the property. Very negligent and disappointing. What a waste!

Good location, great views Great shower with lots of hot water. Tea/coffee/sugar provided and condiments in the cupboard.

Only 1 tea towel in kitchen, inadequate as no dish washer. Nothing to wipe surfaces with in kitchen. No hand soap or towel in downstairs toilet. Only2 bath towels for 3 people, no bathmat, these were later provided the next day. Curtains with broken hooks upstairs and down.Wet bathmat drying in twin room cupboard over a crumpled pile of sheet,duvet covers and pillow cases and wet towel folded in wardrobe.Dust/dirt on door moulding upstairs. Dining area chairs rather wonky, didn’t like to sit on them in case they collapsed ! Considering the cost this was rather disappointing especially as we made similar comments last year and rebooked hoping it had improved; two other properties in the same road have been furnished, cleaned and maintained to a higher standard.

The location is excellent! The living room looking out to the sea was lovely. I felt we were quiet but there a few looks from two doors over whilst we were on the decking during the evening. We were mindful of noise but obviously it was off putting having someone watching from their window! Overall, a brilliant spot but you might want to check kitchen utensils for mould as it offers a self catering facility. We had a blast and would consider coming again! Parking was super easy and not stressful. Also, we were within walking distance of a local superstore. Really good, thank you to the host, Toby 😊
