The apartment was comfortable, but the facilities were poor. The dishes were very used, and no sharp knife. The mattreess wasn't clean. No broom for the daily clean. The terass was not safe for children.

The upstairs and the bathroom were comfortable The view from the terass was amazing.

Don’t stay here

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were met with a strong, musty smell of damp, which was not only uncomfortable but also concerning for health reasons. This smell triggered an asthma attack for my mother, making our stay quite distressing. The cleanliness of the property was also a major issue. We found dirty towels and bedding, which is unacceptable in any accommodation. Additionally, the microwave was rusted and unclean, raising further hygiene concerns. To top it off, the ground floor terrace door was left unlocked, posing a security risk. Overall, our experience was far from what we expected, and I cannot recommend this property. It’s essential for accommodations to prioritize cleanliness and safety, and unfortunately, this place fell short on both fronts.

The location is stunning, the sound of sea waves are so peaceful, especially during the night. Having a coffee and breakfast with a view to the see is just awesome.You have a lot of restaurants around, shops and places to visit. 12-15 minutes by car and you have 7 sisters cliff, Newhaven fort…

It rather looked like it was furnished from unwanted furniture and furnishings! Tired and lacking aesthetic detail.

Location and sea view. Facilities were good - large TV and equipment in the kitchen.

It needs some general maintenance and upkeep. Some minor touches - like weeding the garden areas front and back would make a huge difference. It wasn’t very clean - mould in the fridge and broken false nail on the floor in the bedroom. Bedding provided for the sofa bed in the storage box didn’t seem to include a sheet, so we had to search for something to use.

A lovely location by the sea, with a wonderful park, shops, vet, takeaway, ice-cream van, all close by. A good range of games and toys to use. Comfortable sofa, nice dining table, decent size living room and bedrooms. Convenient check in time.

Cleaning wasn't great, the fridge and freezer were grubby, small fruit flies in kitchen, downstairs toilet light not working and needs a refurb. The double bed seemed to rise in the middle. Upstairs would benefit from painting.
