Gorgeous setting. Outdoor area is stunning. Property is beautifully clean and has excellent facilities.

Amazingly clean and peaceful, a brilliant location and beautiful views, the cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed

The only thing I could say was having to remove the bedding after your stay, I don’t think that should be a guests job

Would have been nice to have another tv in either bedroom.

Location is beautiful, we were lucky when we visited that everything was covered in snow but the surroundings would look good in any weather. Sunrise and sunset are both great from the cottage. It's a great cottage to explore different places in the Yorkshire dales from by car. The property itself is very modern with everything you would need at hand. The hot tub was great and it's merely a shame you can't quite see the view from within it. The master bedroom is spacious and the open plan area was great for us with two young kids and a dog. Being able to have the gated fields for throwing the dog her ball was great. Final shout to our hosts (we think) who kindly made my 3 year olds snowman even better by replacing the stones we used for eyes with coal, while we were out.

It might be worth getting a new frying pan as the current one is no longer flat and with no non stick left due to use. Other than that. Not much to say.

Great location, in the country but still good signal. Cottage couldn’t be better, everything really modern and clean and well-maintained. Hot tub and barbecue perfect with no issues whatsoever, and area around them very tidy and spacious but still felt private. Inside, all facilities were excellent. We had a brief issue with hot water going out and was resolved extremely quickly with Helen coming over and then calling out an engineer ASAP. All the heating was great too, underfloor heating really helped those cold transitions back inside from the hot tub. Wifi was also good, fast enough to connect a fire stick and stream TV (although the TV does have streaming facilities anyway). I’m sure there will be things I’m forgetting, but overall everything was just great and I can’t fault a single thing. Patrick and Helen really nice and welcoming, and really responsive too, and I can’t wait to come back!

Great location, peaceful and relaxing.

The property was in immaculate condition. The decor was lovely and even down to the details of the cups all facing the same way in the cupboards, everything was thought of. A beautiful place to stay
