Lovely little cottage in a very beautiful location - lots of advice on what to do and where to eat/drink. Hot tub ready to go and easy to use. Peaceful getaway!

It would’ve been nice to have minor amenities like shower gel & shampoo/conditioner, would’ve also preferred the actual charge for the pet stated on the webpage

Amazing and clean cottage, great for a weekend away near places to hike. With a hot tub for maximum relaxation after the hike. Close by places by car for shopping or eating out. Overall it was a great stay, a weekend of pampering!

The only negative thing relates to the amenities provided. No shower gel or shampoo, nothing to dry the hands in the kitchen (kitchen roll or a cloth), no lighter for the bbq (but we got one after we asked for it).

"Wonderful well-appointed 2BR apartment with lovely views of the Dales. This is a real find!"

Fabulous place! This is a 1000 square foot, 2-BR, 2-BA, 2-level townhome on top of a ridge looking out over the Dales in both directions. View from the upstairs bedroom is especially grand. Furniture is functional and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need for light meals. The hosts, Helen and Patrick, live next door and were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Road access is convenient and parking is onsite and easy.

Just an informational note for other foreign travelers - both exterior doors can only be unlocked with a key even from the inside. In the US, this is rare due to concerns about fire evacuation, but I guess it's typical for homes in England. We encountered the same thing at another rental later in our trip.
