Abbey Field - Cyanacottages

Good location, although we didn’t use the cooking and washing facilities but they were good

The spa pool was difficult to control, we were worried about it getting too hot and made it too cold, it did wake us in the night bubbling!

Location was great

Not really one to complain but just felt like everywhere had a quick wipe down not a real clean. The oven in the kitchen was dirty and smelt quite strong of Grease. All the cups glasses plates extra wasn’t clean . Just feel like the money it cost it wasn’t anywhere near up to standards for a 350 pound a night stay.

cleanliness uncomfortable furniture the tv was situated too high on the wall limited apps on tv no youtube or netflix cooker was in need of a deep clean the mattress protector was heavily stained the stars carpet needed replacing

Hot tub

It was a steep walk up to cottage and it says three bedroomed cottage I booked for two people wen I arrived two bedroom s were locked had to ask to open one of them as I was staying with sister but there still dint open other room also I had to clean barbiecue and weed garden as it's getting neglected it's not my job to do this

Location,liked hot tub but jets not strong enough!!!

Couldn't get hob to work, had paperwork out & did what it said, but we managed with microwave & oven. Could do with a rail at side of front door steps for us older generation..

The bedroom was small.

The location is great and the parking and the views from the garden the garden needs a bit of TLC

Plastic glasses, not enough coat hangers in the wardrobe, no hair dryer ,hot tube needs repairs I couldn't find a chopping broad .The Divan bed is broken And needs a better welcome pack for the price you are paying. you are in Yorkshire please try to promote Yorkshire products

Location good, easy to walk into Whitby centre if you’re able bodied. Open plan kitchen/living area very good for group family/friends to be together. Kitchen well equipped. Property warm on arrival. Whitby centre has nice shops, restaurants etc and lots of local history to explore.

Bedrooms comfortable but could maybe have done with a little more surface space although appreciate room space would be an issue. No extra bin bags supplied and main waste bins were full (possibly due to holiday collection times).
