Abbey Field - Cyanacottages

Location great, hot tub great, facilities great, all catered for.

Kitchen items not very clean, had to rewash all dishes, cups etc before use.

Good location - parking on site - hot tub. Plenty of room for two - maybe a little small if there were six occupants.

No 'proper' glasses available - plastic all well and good in the garden / hot tub. Head rests missing from the hot tub - made it a little uncomfortable. Lack of curtain/blind in the main bathroom.

The property was spotless everything about the house felt like being at home, only a few minutes walk to harbour, pubs and shops would definitely book again

If I had to mention something is that the hot tub is not that great, very clean and hot but only half the jets work at one time

The location, The hot tub, the facilities, beautifully decorated house close to town centre. The only thing we didn’t like were the cobwebs and spiders

Cobwebs and spiders -cleaners seemed to have missed these

Quiet area, good parking facilities, the hot tub was great and well maintained. Loved the proximity to the abbey and handy access into the town via a steep path directly opposite the property. We enjoyed our stay.

We’d booked the property to celebrate my son’s 30th birthday and had brought a few expensive bottles of wine however the only thing to drink from were plastic ‘glasses’ - these are ok for purpose of hot tub but there should be a selection of nice glassware too! Also there wasn’t a corkscrew to open the wine, this was quickly remedied by a call to the owner. We also had to contact owner for access to the shed for the seat pads so we could sit outside - why don’t you just provide a key to access these? Cleaning materials very limited, there wasn’t even a wiping up cloth in the kitchen. No shower tidy to hold shower gel etc.
