The hill to climb from town- was fine for us but could be difficult for more elderly people. Parking space was small, would find it difficult to park a mid range SUV or bigger, only just fit our Ford fiesta.

Nothing. Parking space is small so big cars watch out, but we did manage it in a Jeep Renegade.
GBThe location was minutes from the town centre and had great views. The parking was a bit tight for our large car but with careful maneuvering we managed to squeeze into the space. This was ideal as it was situated at the back door of the flat.
The tight parking space and steep climb to the flat weren't ideal but it is St Ives and this is the norm. Everything else was to our taste.

Steep walk down and up from St Ives I think this should be clearer on the information about the property.The bedrooms and kitchen were dusty in areas.poor WiFi connection.

Few basics in place would have helped
SEGreat location and a beautiful flat with everything we needed. Lovely to have an outside area at the front and the back. Felt at home straight away with the nice interior and welcome pack.
