The hosts sent very detailed instructions and videos on how to get to the property and into the property there are a lot of steps that lead upto the property but it’s worth the walk for the views The property has everything you may need for your stay (toaster is in the cupboard under the microwave) and the little gift was appreciated thank you Property was very clean and the bed is so comfy - location is central to all the bars and restaurants. Parking was easy as described by the hosts in We had a great weekend

Clean and comfortable. The cottage is in a great location with everything in Barmouth easily accessible.

Excellent views. Comfortable sofa. Well equipped kitchen. Nice extra touches. Tea, coffee, milk, chocolates, extra heater, hairdryer, and a blanket. Nice outside seating. Clean. Lots of sockets with extension cables.

Front door glass isn't private. ( I know nobody walks past, but I didn't like it being clear)

View was excellent, information from owner was excellent, the towns people were welcoming and had a very relaxing break. Best pub for food and atmosphere was the royal.

The views are awesome. Well equipped, but no cheese grater. Everything is comfortable. Shower works well.

One chair too many in the living room. As good weather we ate outside. To eat indoors would be a bit cramped due to the bulky chair.

The apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including all cleaning materials, toilet rolls, tea and coffee, even milk. The views are to die for, I was there with my adult son and his dog, we all thoroughly enjoyed it.

The only downside was because I was with my adult son, the pull out bed wasn't good enough, too small and hard, so we took it in turns sleeping in the bed whilst one of us slept on the sofa, it's not really the owners fault I suppose as they probably didn't realise my son was an adult, so something to be aware of if travelling as friends. Also a lot of building noise one day due to another owner doing repair work, again not the apartment property owners fault. Lastly the steps up and down are a bit of a trial, but the owners do let you no and if you take your time it's fine.

Wonderful place

The apartment was fantastic and the views were exceptional 😍 we had everything we needed and the extra special touches from Steve and Julie like tea coffee and milk and the box of chocolates for our arrival were a lovely little surprise. We would highly recommend and will most definitely return it was just wonderful 😀 thank you
