The place is very clean and good value fpr the money .easily accessible provided you can climb the hill .friendly staff just what you need for a get away

Absolutely loved Barmouth and the location for sightseeing was amazing. Holiday was lovely and cosy and well worth it.

Although the property had no parking close by and could only be reached by walking up numerous steps,the view when you reached the property was exceptional. The property itself was clean and we were greeted with a box of chocolates,tea, coffee and milk in the fridge.very nice touch.some short walks were very close by and the views again were outstanding,luckily the weather was perfect every day.the beach was only 5 minutes away, numerous pubs were also only 5 minutes away.A very enjoyable short break

The team managing the property were very flexible, welcoming and prompt (they responded to us straight away which was much appreciated). The property is situated in a great location, and has stunning views. It is a very cosy place, equipped with everything that is necessary - not cluttered.

I don't have negatives, for us it was great.

The Cottage was beautifully presented , very clean and cosy , with lots of added extras which was wonderful.

The steps are a lot, very steep and uneven, nothing to do with the premises at all. But you need to be able to climb a lot of steps , but when you do get there the views are second to none

Lovely location, everything was there that we needed. Host communication was excellent.

The views from the house were stunning. There was everything you could possibly need in the house. Furnishings were comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Box of chocolates waiting upon arrival. Extremely quiet. The beach was lovely as well. Great video to follow to reach the property. Bonus that at the moment, until April 1st, dogs are allowed on the beach.

Steps! If you're not particularly mobile, like my wife, just take it slowly. After all, there's no hurry. You'll be rewarded with a fabulous house and amazing views.

The cottage was spotless and well thought out. Decorated and furnished beautifully. Literally had everything you need. The views are amazing. Thoroughly recommend. We will be going back
