It was a lovely, very pretty cottage, we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. Loved the cosy feeling, loved the location, Beadnell is really nice. Liked the off road parking. Really liked the quality of the bath towels and bed linen. Also liked the quality of the kitchen oven.

Negative Points to improve on: The wardrobe space in the ensuite bedroom was very limited for two people, and the mattress was very hard. The bunkbed room was extremely small and very tight to move around in, plus not enough coat hangers. The bath needs to be freshly enamelled. You need some baking trays for the oven, we couldn't find any.

"Exceptional"

The property is situated in a lovely area with bars, cafes and restaurants close by. The cottage is amazing, the rooms are decorated to a high standard and are spotlessly clean. We could find no faults with Rose Cottage, it exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Rose Cottage and look forward to staying again soon.

Spacious home with a nice courtyard area. Great place for families and couples. Beautiful village with nice walks and local amenities.

Household bin was already full so we needed to push this down as much as possible to get our rubbish. Some kitchen utensils could do with replacing. Needs a few baking trays as only grill pan. Otherwise fantastic.

"Lovely cottage"

Lovely house. Very clean and comfortable.

Very loud music all evening on the Saturday from the local pub. Could hear it in every room. Would put me off booking again. Didn't stop till just after midnight.

Lovely decorated cottage with clean big rooms and comfy sofas. Fantastic location between two pubs, a nearby shop and cafe. Few minutes walk to the beach

oven did not work properly? not able to recycle as bins were full on arrival had to take bottle to the bank ? nicer garden furniture to to able to sit in garden?

"Great property"

Well equipped. Feels like a much loved home, rather than an "investment" property where the owners don't care. Sofas and beds great. All facilities high standard. Also great location.
