V13 - The Falls with Hot Tub

The fabulous views outside the lodge, the waterfall was beautiful. All the staff went above and beyond. Cannot fault any of it. Thank you!

What isn’t there to like???

Location was perfect! Setting of the accommodation was beautiful, the waterfall and the hot tub were a perfect mix!

I don’t think there was anything we disliked.

🤔.. Mattress in the double room was on its last legs..

The location is stunning, loved being right next to the river. Its so peaceful and calm. Waking up and having a coffee with the landscape was bliss. The lady at reception was lovely too. But she was taking a call, when I popped in. She was very polite, spoke to me as soon as I walked through

The sofa was really uncomfortable but i suppose that's personal preference. The bed was super uncomfortable a large bow in the middle. One of the worst nights sleep, kept waking up in the awkward part of the bed. A new mattress is definitely needed. £180.00 a night, check in 4pm check out 10am. For me it's simple not worth it, unfortunately we needed accommodation at short notice. The location stunning, the only reason you'd get that amount. You wouldn't be able to charge £180.00 for that caravan alone, we've stayed in places for alot less and got alot more. No welcome pack, no tea towels, toilet brush etc. Which when you use hotels, caravans etc as much as we do you get used to what you feel is needed for the money your spending. We can't keep using covid as an excuse.

It was lovely and we had a lovely couple of days there.

The location was excellent, right next to the waterfalls, excellent location for Zip World too, walking distance from the zip wire and only 30 mins to Fforest.
