V13 - The Falls with Hot Tub

Staff are so friendly and helpful in reception and the QUARRY BAR & grill. I was called to say our property was ready early which was fantastic and much appreciated.The caravan is in a perfect position overlooking the water fall but it is very loud and trees shade the decking so you don’t get alot of sun (if it’s out) the caravan was very clean and well equipped with just 4 of most things.. glasses, mugs, spoons etc..plastic fizz glasses good idea for the hot tub. Foot rests under coffee table need replacing or removing as very unsightly. Shower head was broken but hubby fixed it. It was a lovely surprise to see towels, tea,coffee,sugar,washing up liquid sponge/tea towel but we packed all these things as read they weren’t provided. Inform guests of this so they are aware. We were booked into zipworld on the Saturday which is a very short drive or walk so perfectly located for this. You can see zipworld from the site. The site itself is immaculate and lots of time and effort has gone into keeping looking it’s best. The town was a bit hit and miss so check opening/ closing times as majority were closed or permanently closed Friday afternoon. The bull pub was a nice and locals were chatty and friendly. Good price too. No food available in there but we asked the landlord if we can bring food in and he said we can but no fish lol..but please ask before doing this.we actually got kebab and a Chinese on way home which were both good but check opening/closing times. 10/15 minute walk from site. Tescos extra ideally situated and we used a few times for supplies. Lots to do if you drive out. Llandudno was a lovely traditional town/promenade with the pier and nice selection of shops. I would definitely recommend this camp it’s beautiful with stunning views and grounds. The quarry bar & grill was great! But no breakfast/light lunches available. We prebooked before we came and thoroughly enjoyed it and good value for money. Staff were fantastic!

There wasn’t much we didn’t like about the site or property it was perfect for zipworld for us. We didn’t like the local town so had to drive out and about for food choice and shops etc.. We didn’t like the foot stalls in lounge they were worn and flaking. Shower head was broken (hubby fixed) and water didn’t drain away fast enough in shower tray so we were stood in an 2 inches of water. But nothing major that can’t be sorted. The double bed was comfortable but did roll into the middle and my sister mentioned the left single bed felt a bit unsteady which I forgot to mentionThe property is very clean and has everting you been for your stay. Absolutely fantastic, such beautiful views of the waterfall!

the location was absolutely beautiful and i loved everything about the place. The rooms are quite nice very warm and i believe that there is everything you will need ( kitchen , fridge shower etc)

something that i didnt like at all and i noticed straight away as we get into the rooms , it was a very bad smell !!! like they had mopped the floor with '' not clean water'' . i had to leave all windows and doors open most of the day due to the bad smell . An other thing i would like to mantion is that the single beds were not very confe

The setting was fanatic with our hot tub and balcony overlooking the waterfalls. A perfect spot, we couldn’t have asked for better!

The decor was a little dated and some of the cushions in the lounge were stained. The double bed was very uncomfortable also.

The living room had a slight smell of urine , which was unpleasant. The hot tub was fantastic but would be much better if there was a panel of privacy glass between you and the neighbours.... apart from that we really enjoyed it .
