While the keys were already handed to us. Owner came in while we were gone. Anyway, maybe it's a housekeeping thing.

I like it that they have their own van for rent, we used it to pick us & drop us & for city tour. The house is amazingly huge, clean and chill. We love the artworks at all corners! The caretakers are also very kind and accommodating!

The property was massive. It’s beautiful and if you love art painting. It’s a place to stay. It’s like a colonial type of property. Lots of toilets and showers which we don’t have to qui. We are 15 all together.

Very clean, and the property staff were very kind and accommodating. However, I have some valuable information as vacation rental owners you both might want to implement into your beautiful home. You should instruct the managing staff on property not to come into the guest room unless they are requested too, it's more of a privacy issue when valuables are left out and we assume that we are the only ones going in and out, unless we request any services. Second, the thing for myself, being a foreigner from America, is Air-conditioning, that is the whole reason why I chose your home because you promoted that there was Aircon throughout. And you are correct, there is plenty of good airflow and air cons, however, the property staff come in when we're gone, and they unplug every device and light while we're away, this could be a problem as we have a laptop and other things there that we do not want unplugged, as it disrupts any updates of certain devices. The other and major thing is, I did request that the air conditioner units downstairs be turned on, because when I attempted to turn them on, it appeared that the breaker itself was off, the kind young lady did offer and say that she will turn the breaker on, but never did. Now, I'm sure that if you rent mostly to local Filipinos, that's probably not too much of an issue, however, foreigners are very particular about their Aircon, especially myself, I use it constantly at home, the car, and at our businesses and office.  Other than those 2 issues, your home is gorgeous! And we would rent again given the fact that those 2 issues would be addressed, thank you for accommodating us with your beautiful home, and I love your artwork lol! You have a very blessed day, and I hope you didn't take this information wrong, as I have also been a property owner in the Vacation industry with Air BNB, Expedia, etc.

It's clean, it's beautiful, decorated superbly, and a great location !

We love the place itself. Although, we didn’t get to explore the surroundings as much as we want to due to tight itinerary. But nevertheless, it was a lovely stay!

We could not adjust the air conditioning on the living area at the 2nd floor, but the kids love that its cold though!☺️

Cozy interior. Good ambience. Many beds and bathrooms. Various kitchen tools and tableware available. Sufficient parking space. Helpful staff.

AC is not working on the first floor.
