Stay Amare Villa Maria 1

I really loved the hospitality of the people looking after us during the stay (Pia, Darwin and Rowin). They were accommodating in assisting our needs. I super love the comfy and fresh-smelling bed sheets! The entire property is a perfect getaway to relax because of the natural feeling it gives with the plants and trees well maintained in the area.

The cleanliness is exceptional, just that I saw a cockroach in the kitchen. It would also be a plus if there is a pool to enjoy a staycation in there. Some of the showers can't produce good amounts of water to enjoy a nice shower time.

We had a great time at the property, it was very clean and we were comfortable the entire time. The owner and the staff were exceptional and very helpful when booking and throughout the stay. It is such a beautiful property and we specifically enjoyed all the paintings. We will definitely re-book if we are ever back in Bacolod.

The place is very nice and clean

we had issues with the AC. The breaker was turned off. No water supply in the morning. No key was provided to us. No extra blankets was provided to a guest without a bedroom. The staff are saying the AC was broken but they turned off the breaker intentionally.

The location is a away from the city bustle, very serene and beautiful. The interiors are also comfy. Beds and pillows are plenty and hotel quality The staff were very prompt in helping us with our needs and in answering any question we might have The power of the area went out on the day we were staying in, but they had a generator, so our stay remained comfortable Overall, true value for money, and will recommend this place to friends and family!

Very minor but alot of the things weren't setup when we arrived. Switches of a/c still off outside, we had to connect all the cables ourselves to get the TV to work, etc. The staff were very kind and helped us with our needs right away, but it would've been nicer if everything is setup as per the detailed instructions given to us. There also wasn't any cable TV although it's listed. It's an old house, so some dirt is understandable, but it can still benefit from a tad bit more cleaning

The property was able to accommodate our big party. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and there were enough kitchen equipment to use. The staff were accommodating. The availability of the van for transfers and tour was very convenient too.

There was a miscommunication about the rates for the van and tour which was a bit disappointing. However, it was resolved then. We also noticed a cockroach in one of the rooms and one of the shampoo bottle has not been used for a long time so when we used it, there were dust or couldve been insect eggs inside. The AC in one of the bedrooms isn't working properly so we have to open the door to let the cool air from another room enter our room. The tour was simply just a drop off and visiting places. It wouldve been better if the driver is also a tour guide that can explain the different locations
