The Kitchen, we were able to prepare home cook food. Cleanliness of the facility and helpfulness of the host

We are in the 2nd floor and with a heavy luggages, we faced difficulty in moving our stuff in&out of the room. Plus the heater keeps on switching off, Bathroom is private but was separate in the room and 4 steps level done

Context - I was travelling with my wife and an infant. Firstly, it wasn't clear that the room is on a different floor than that of bathroom. Secondly, the bathroom did not have the lock working!! Imagine no lock on a bathroom which is accessible in public area!! When I complaint to the owner, they kept on delaying that they are trying to get someone to attend the issue, but after too much of haggle, someone came to attend at 9 PM (we raised complaint right after checking-in) which was a very unprofessional experience too, that guy was like "this is it what it is, nothing can be done now". After too many to-and-fros, and heated arguments, that guy managed to fix it 10-11 PM!!

The heating at the property was working perfectly The amenities were all available and great. The location felt like home. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. All room came with complimentary towels The property was in close proximity to everywhere including city center, shops and local restaurants

Nothing bad to say about this property

The location is good if you don't mind walking otherwise you need a taxi into the centre. The rooms are a good size.

The bathroom wasn't on the same level as our room, which is an inconvenience if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Wifi wasn't working, and I got no response from the host when I emailed him when we arrived. The windows are not double glazed, and it's a busy road, lots of nighttime/ early morning traffic.

We had breakfast elsewhere. I like the location and the decoration.

Everything was good . Was a bit cold ,didn't know to to put heating on . But great
