Nice house, great location.

Absolutely zero communication with any owner/manager/staff. Zero respect for guests. Website stated private bathroom and only the day before informed us it was in fact shared. Again, zero communication from staff, through email and phone Location was awful. 0/10 will not recommend to anyone

The location was OK for getting to the town centre. The owners have tried to make the place nice.

I didn't realise that the bathroom was shared until I'd booked it, maybe I hadn't read the description thoroughly enough. A member of staff called by with towels not long after we'd arrived and was friendly. Later we discovered that the TV didn't work, the lights weren't all working properly in the room. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, cracked bathroom window and I had to buy toilet roll for our shared bathroom as there was only one and it ran out. I did report the TV, lights and toilet roll. Someone was sent out at about 10pm (we were out but was a bit late) to sort the lights, nothing was done about TV. We only really used the room to slerp and get ready so these issues didn't really impact our stay, but still, as a paying customer you expect basic standards to be met. Although the host was trying to make the place pleasant, unfortunately wouldn't recommend this accommodation.

Breakfast is not included unless self provided and cooked. But all the Kitchen facilities were available. The shared use of kitchen, dining room and lounge were all spotless. The shower facilities were excellent. Literally over the road was a cafe in the leisure centre for morning croissants. Also worth doing a guided tour of the Victorian Templemore Baths. Plenty to discover in East Belfast. Handy for local buses into City too.

Some inconsiderate guests who felt that their sleeping neighbours wanted to listen to them after 2am.

I like that it is very near the bus stop going to tow .

Lovely accomodation, very comfortable bed.. Within walking distance of city centre and Titanic quarter.

It was clean and easy to find.

Literally 0 communication after you receive automated messages to give you codes. If you had an issue with anything I would think you will struggle to get sorted. Other guests extremely loud throughout the night and by the smell coming into the room smoking weed. Not great considering my wife is pregnant!

Beautiful place, very clean. Owners are very responsive.
