Not too far from the center, quiet neighborhood and nice house.

Cleanliness could have been better and some lightbulbs were gone, making some rooms too dark

That was a nice stay..We were really enjoyed.

Shared bathroom not stated at time of booking. Lumpy mattress, worn sheets, stained towels, horrible neighbourhood (admittedly not their fault) everything generally run down

Bad location..Shared bathroom which when we arrived we had no key for it so had to wait until the next morning to be able to gain access. We stayed in " The Pink Room" which is tiny, a little box room. Stay well clear if you are offered this room. We saw the room next to us and it was huge. Very noisy at night. Other guests were so loud downstairs, trying to break ice continously for drinking, and talking and laughing into the early hours. Our window wouldn't close properly and we could hear them talking outside also while smoking. Area outside itself is rundown and filty, the whole street and houses, some are boarded up even. Would never stay in a place like this again, just stick with hotels and pay that little extra.

The luxury of a well equipped and good looking kitchen, yard, dining room and lounge as well as the room was grand. Bed was very comfortable giving a good night's sleep. Makeup table was well received and full length mirror appreciated.

Some areas were not clean, fireplace didn't work, TV downstairs didn't seem to work but perhaps just too complicated for us.

Great location, a real neighborhood, and close to grocery store and Starbucks!. Good lighting and comfortable bed in bedroom. Great shower. Very responsive owner.
