The view from it and great terrace. The apartment was clean.

Apartament needs some refurbishment. The push button for shower is not working. Poorly equipped kitchen.

Realistisch muss man für das Wichtigste ein Kfz benutzen.

The location was excellent, with a beautiful and unforgettable sea view. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to return in the future. The apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished.

The only thing I would improve are the spring mattresses in the bedroom, which were not very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment – it’s spacious, modern, and very well equipped, with a gorgeous view that really made our time there special. The interior is exactly as pictured, and everything was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax.

The location is a bit out of the way unless you have a car (which we were aware of before booking), and taxis in the area are surprisingly expensive, which made getting around a bit of a challenge at times. Taxi drivers also rip tourists off and charge a different price every day for the same journey i.e. one day we were charged 18 EUR for a 10 minute drive and another day we were charged 32 EUR for the same journey. Communication with the host could have been better. Some of the messages we received came across as quite abrupt and unwelcoming. The check-in process wasn’t very straightforward and as we were on the way to the apartment, we received a link from the host to complete with no background context. The link was to a website (only available in Italian) to complete details for payment of city tax. This should have been communicated more clearly and well in advance of us arriving as completion of this form was expected by the host upon arrival. We were aware of the late check-in fee (which I have never experienced before) but the host overcharged us for this. While the host did apologise and refund this once we raised it, it added some unnecessary stress to the start of our trip. We also had an issue with the airport transfer - the host initially quoted us a much higher price than what Uber was charging. When we pointed this out, the price was suddenly reduced, which made us feel like we needed to be on guard to avoid being overcharged. This also plays into the point above re being charged extra for the late check-in fee. Overall, the apartment itself is fantastic and we really enjoyed the space, but future guests should be aware of the location and some of the communication issues with the host. With a bit more transparency and friendliness in the hosting experience, this would be a truly exceptional stay.

Beautiful views. Clinically clean villa,extremely well equipped,very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.Waves can be heard crashing from the balcony. Secure parking.Brilliant value for money...

Very scenic location close to city, yet it is very quiet and lush. It was a nice place to prepare your own meals a bit of a distance to restaurants and groceries. very close to excellent rock climbing locations which is why we stayed there.

A bit distant from amenities and restaurants. not a lot of counter space for meal prep.
