Nice view.

Property tried to charge us 50€ a night more in order to have a 3rd person stay in the room. Going against booking .com policy. They continued this argument our whole stay. We stayed at the property for eight days , not once were we offered our room cleaned or fresh towels. Yet they also tried to charge us €30 “service fee” for our request for them to make the sofa bed. The owner lives next door and she kept trying to look at how many people are staying at the property . Quite an uncomfortable stay nonetheless.

Beautiful villa.Location isolated but good bus route. Needs more kitchen equip but very lovely valcony and sumptious surriundings

Needs a toaster,cutting boarf,carving knife,extra towels. The roads nearby are covered in rubbish

Amazing view, and very comfortable apartment with parking and big terrace. Fillings like you are at home.

A really beautifully decorated apartment with a very high standard of finish throughout. The lounge area on the top of the building is a beautiful space to sunbathe/relax. There is a good food store closeby.

1) The apartment is one of four, there was still construction work ongoing in the building which meant we woke most mornings to builders working. The lady who owns the apartments was very apologetic and offered a bottle of wine to apologize which was nice but it’s an expensive stay so I think it would be best to have all construction work completed before renting them out. 2) It should be made clear before booking that hiring a car is necessary (to accurately calculate cost of holiday) - Mondello (where apartment is located) is approx 20 mins drive from Palermo, so you need a car to get around. Mondello is a busy little area but there are no nice restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. 3) The air con wasn’t working and it got very warm at night. The owner provided a fan which didn’t do much but again it is expensive so the air con should have been tested and working before the apartment was rented out.
