Very clear instructions for how to access the apartment. I only met the owner briefly but she replied promptly to any WhatsApp messages. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with kitchen ware. There was a bottle of water in the fridge and some coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. Also crackers and jams.

I didn't realise how far away from the town centre the apartment was. It's a 30 minute walk to get to the old town along a busy road. You can get a bus, but I like to walk everywhere. The shower attachment was broken so it had to be a hand held shower. There's nowhere to sit except in the kitchen or on the bed. The kitchen chairs are a bit hard. Cushions would help make it more comfortable.

Locations was great. Apartment was very clean. Small but nice. Air condition didn’t work and it was very hot. I reported to staff and they said they would get someone out to get it fixed. Not sure of that happened we left that day. Did have a washing machine that was a great help since we were traveling for 5 weeks

Water leak under kitchen sink and air conditioner didn’t work for the 4 days we stayed.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do przystanku autobusowego 20m, do stacji kolejowej Katania Europa 100 m, w zasadzie do wszystkiego jest blisko, restauracja pod apartamentem, pomimo że doba zaczyna się od 14.00 mogliśmy już wejść od 12.30, a bagaże zostawić o 11.00.
