Luxurious Street Apartments

Perfect location close to the sea, very good cafe downstairs, quiet apartment even though it's close to a busy street

There is actually a self check in (even though the booking says that someone will hand you the keys) which would be fine but the host clearly forgot/missend the info with the instructions, told me from this point she expects me to handle things myself (still no instructions received) and finally sent the info to my number after I asked to verify it.

Location was great, view of the Mediterranean and just down the stairs was the bar (coffee). Our Host’s responsiveness to messages and our needs was outstanding.

Kitchen chairs were worn and not very comfortable to sit on, they should be replaced.

It was clean and well equipped. It’s a nice appartement

The whole building is in renovation, we couldn’t use at all the balcony and we had to stay all day with the windows closed, in the dark because of the workers. They have started the work each morning at 7:00 o’clock, so no sleep, no fresh air, no light. It was very very uncomfortable. I think the appartement shouldn’t be rented in this conditions, during the constructions or if they want to rent anyway, this should be mentioned and maybe at half price. This can ruin your holidays.

It is located on a big street, with restaurants and you have a nice view of the see from the balcony. The apartment was nice with modern furniture. The bus stop was near (10 min of walking distance).

The building is on construction on the outside and we couldn't enjoy the view.

Good location in the nicer part of the city

Beside the daytime renovation from scaffolding in front of our balcony, the apartment has very thin walls. We heard people moving in and out of our neighbours from 4am through 6am times, was very difficult to rest. We were unlucky, perhaps.

- good location near to the parking garage and aprox. 30min to the centre - kitchen with all equipments

- some of the lights in the bathroom and also in the bedroom did not working - broken toilet seat - there was no private parking belonging to the apartment - no information about reconstruction of building - we could not use balcony because of scaffolding

Wasn’t anything like it was advertised as !!

No mention of building works, covered balcony no views, balcony out of bounds, got woken up very early by banging and drilling told by the owner they work Monday- Friday till around 6pm … broken draw, hole in microwave totally unusable.. I have plenty of photos for anyone to see !

Location was excellent from the airport and the centre. The busy street didn't bother at all as we were on the third floor so we at least didn't hear too much (or at all) noise from there. Apartment was exactly as seen in the photos. We got clear directions on how to reach the apartment and in all Mary was quick to answer all our questions. The cafe downstairs was also nice to get morning coffee. As it was really warm weather it was great to have the ac in the apartment and it was really efficient. We would definitely book this place again!

The bed wasn't the best possible but we slept well anyways. The kitchen chairs were a little worn. Floors were a bit noisy and the lock on the door took some time for us to learn how to use.
