Great location

The host by default won't provide towels which really surprised us. We asked for bathing towels and the host did accommodate us for that. But no other towels at all. We feel this is something essential that is missing.

"A comfortable stay"

This place was quite spacious, good for a big family. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, with a medium size lounge. Location was fairly close to the CBD. We enjoyed our stay at this property

pillows were low standard. Wifi was constantly stopping and we had two days without any. TV was not working properly. so couldn't use it at any time, WIFI prevented this as well.

There was a lack of cleanliness in the house and the beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom has mould. Dishwasher doesn't seem to be working, water leaking on to the carpet.

"Good stay in Rotorua"

Nice and big, clean and well equipped.

It was a little cold, the fridge/freezer had leftovers from other people in it.
