Hanalei Gardens

Stunning location. Cabins are right on a beautiful and quiet beach where you can swim and watch the sunset. The cabins have good food making facilities. Really nice area of Koh Samui.

Beds weren't that comfy unfortunately. We also only got really thin sheets as blankets. Aircon was okay but hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. No curtains for the windows only wooden blinds so lots of light came in in the mornings, we were also worried people could see in whilst we were getting changed. Our bathroom window had no blinds/ curtains and looked directly into another cabin. WiFi rarely worked in our room so had to use 4g which had bad signal.

Furniture little old , but not border me

Hanalei Gardens is a jungly enclave of open, airy cabins. Cabins are large and comfortable with a big terrace or a big balcony. Lush landscaping between units ensures privacy. Seems perfect for families. It definitely feels like you’re in the jungle. Nature is close-in. Expect a bounty of bird calls and choruses of insects (they start early!).

There are limited services available here, so no restaurant or sundry shop. It’s a half-mile walk along a busy, narrow street to the 7-Eleven for basic provisions. There are a couple small markets nearby if you want to cook, and there are several good restaurants at neighboring resorts (we liked Mimosa).

Really lovely hidden gem, wish we could have stayed longer. The beach is stunning, staff really friendly and we loved our little bungalow. Not the fanciest but a perfect hideaway.

Beautifully constructed bungalows in lush greenery, close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would love to return again. Everything perfect.

Perfect Location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very quiet in the evenings and at night. 30 seconds from the beach and a couple of restaurants / cafes.
