The section of town was walkable to coffee shop and lunch BBQ. The house was private but easily acessible. The parking on the side street with convient entrance for loading and unloading with a toddler was great. The hosts were super understanding when my toddler placed their remotes in our luggage and I had to sent things back. Great stay and great price for the space.

Simple and cozy with all sorts of amenities. Host was super helpful and attentive to answer any sort of questions throughout the stay. Water filter in fridge Provided an airbed with extra sheets and pillows TVs in each room

Front door handle is really close to part of the metal doorframe which caught my finger a few times. Sometimes cars or people passing by are loud if you are sleeping in the front bedroom.

Let me first say that the hosts have decorated the property with both design and style in mind. A lot of thought was put in the little touches including the plants and decor. Parking was a sinch! The house is located in a central location and was easy to get to where we wanted to be in Downtown, Wicker Park and Lincoln Park. The beds were all comfortable! Communication with the host was perfect. We had a great experience overall! Highly recommend "The Avondale Guesthouse" for your next stay in the Chi!!!
