Bramley Cottage

The cottage was clean and spacious. The owners lived right next-door and when we had a problem, they were very helpful.

It was tight turning the car around, so that you could drive out rather than reverse onto the main road. The saucepans were dirty, and the frying pans had badly damaged coatings. We chose not to use any, and oven cooked and microwaved instead. The mattresses although adequate, weren't overly comfy, with the wooden frames squeaked when you moved.

Off street parking, secure and quiet location, detached property 20 minutes walk to sea front and high street.

No wi-fi although we were aware before booking.

- The driveway is very narrow for large cars (Volvo XC60) - Cobwebs and spiders in nearly every single room - The ceilings have low points and you have to be careful not to bang your head, even for a 5ft 2in like myself and my mum we both banged our heads on the ceilings at least once - Overall, these factors would not stop me from staying here again :)

Location, and the property was very nice.

Our double bed mattress, you could feel the springs on every movement, made our bodies sore.

Lance & Sarah were great hosts, everything we needed for the holiday was provided, keys were in the front door on arrival, the property was spotlessly clean, great location, 15 min walk to the beach, close to the railway line, very quiet neighbourhood, great beach at Sandown or Yaverland, would definitely recommend the property and would book again if returning to Isle of Wight
