Holly Farm Cottage

Quietly situated on the outskirts of Lowestoft. Very clean and tidy and slightly quirky, loved the garden Sheeed 😀 which was cool. A comfy base to explore surrounding area with everything you need. Dog friendly which is a plus. Lovely village walks. Highly recommend.

Traditional little cottage well equipped with everything you might need. Quite remote but therefore quiet. A real treat to find plenty of comfortable seating in lounge. A very pleasant stay indeed.

Mobile signal dodgy but that's rural Norfolk/ Suffolk. ( wifi did the job so not a hassle. Bathroom downstairs bedroom upstairs.

Having a safe inclosed garden for the children and dog.

The stairs was steep so was worried about youngest going up and down. But that’s more of an us problem.

This was perfect for us visiting family locally - great location, very comfortable and a nice little garden to enjoy. It was very clean and host supported with clear communication. Helps they took dogs which got us out of hole at home

Bathroom location (wouldn’t t put us off) and needs a coffee machine !

Location and comfort

Steep stairs - especially difficult me accident prone and for elderly I slept in children's room which would be perfect for children but troublesome for 8x nights

Cute cottage in a lovely quiet location with great walks.

Quite tight staircases very steep-but expected in an cottage. We managed fine with a 3year old.
