Forgemasters House

Fantastic location, near to Ironbridge and all the museums. Spacious house over 3 floors with plenty of bathrooms.

A couple of minor maintenance issues that I'm sure will be taken care of.

Very central, just 5-10 mins walk to Ironbridge. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Lots of wine glasses, champagne glasses, and generally kitchen seemed well equipped. Tv in bedrooms (can’t confirm whether they were good as don’t do tv in bedrooms but some people would appreciate that). Big tv in front room. Self checkin easy Enjoyed the pubs and restaurants particularly the Mexican!

Not the most stylish decor, with signs on how to use the toilet which are supposed to be funny but is mildly offensive. The shower on the first floor works by switching on at the mains in the corridor. The dishwasher was a bit temperamental. Lockbox wouldn’t close easily. None of these things were really a problem as prefer that to throwing things away but instructions in how to best work them would help. I think a new lockbox could be needed as someone could get locked out. Was told to take shoes off at door, but hard floors on ground floor, and clearly not new carpets but they are cream, so recommend you bring slippers!

Front door surroundings not that tidy

The check in process was very easy. The location is incredible. Close to everything. Well stocked with essentials like toilet paper. Lots of space plenty of rooms. We had a very enjoyable stay. Outside space was a great asset.

The kitchen was looking quite worn in places (marked cabinets) but was clean and perfectly usable.

Location excellent.

Main bedroom mattress uncomfortable. Extractor fans didn't appear to be working in the bathrooms. House needs freshening up.
