The kitchen and pantry was so well stocked!

The hot water storage was pathetic! Not all 6 of us could finished showering with hot water! It was a terrible experience on such a cold weather. Most of us had to wipe off our soap because there was no more hot water during mid shower! I had to sleep with shampoo still on my hair!

The location is breathtaking. It's one of the best houses I have seen.

Better coffee machine...basic stuff like sugar, salt etc to be provided

A really beautiful property with amazing views from every room across the lake to mountains. Large living and outdoor spaces and the outdoor spa the perfect end to a day out.

Well equipped with everything except replacement toilet rolls were absent until notified to top up.

Conflicting message on getting the key to enter the house. We were told of a code to a secure box but in the end that was the code to the door. Should have told visitors what are available to cook, e.g. pan, seasoning stuff etc

Lack of aircon or fans on a really hot day

Grotty spa: obviously the cleaning staff do not check the spa nor do the management check their messages nor texts. I sent three texts and two days later still no reply. I asked for our additional compulsory cleaning fee to be refunded. Have heard nothing back. Gorgeous housr, poor management.
