Cosy, good size, garden and parking

Tight for our big van but we got it in, l3h2 transit. Not a negative at all just for reference. Can park one vehicle in the gate. Which was great for us.

Very cozy and clean. Clear instructions on how to get in to the property.

The shower worked and was a easy to use but the head seemed damaged as it didn't flow properly....all the water was coming through one side

Great location, very clean and had everything you would need for your stay.

The car parking was an asset but was quite tight for our larger car.

Lovely house and great location

The town of Topsham is lovely, with a nice shops and a great choice of places to eat. The property was in a good location in easy walking distance of the town. The bus stops to Exeter and Exmouth were only a minutes walk from the property. The property was clean with a good amount of space downstairs and a dishwasher.

The parking space was really tight and I couldn’t get my car in (I only tried after my long drive down) I managed to park on the road but did then have to pay for parking. Although the property was clean it looks a bit run down so could use a lick of paint. The third bedroom is really tiny and I bumped my head several times on the eves. Third bedroom was also a bit noisy with the road noise.

Topsham is delightful and only a 20 min bus ride from Exeter. There are some great restaurants and pubs to visit. The property is really close to the centre and the bus stop for the 57 to Exeter.

Nothing really. The property needs a bit of TLC. Check in of 5pm was disappointing.... particularly as there is very little free parking places in Topsham.

Security be time here. Perfect hosts and location. Will be back again hopefully.
