Frog Palace - Secure Parking-Outside Area-Topsham-Exeter-Beach-Chiefs-WiFi

Great location. Good secure outdoor space. Had everything we needed for a short stay.

Some areas in need of a good clean eg kitchen cupboards. Bedding for sofa bed (sheet) was screwed up at the bottom of a bag so we weren’t sure if it had been washed. Some towels had bleach marks on.

Location ok. Has off road parking although quite tight for large vehicles.

Unfortunately too much to mention. Unclean. Very damp with strong odour in areas. Threadbare and stained towels. Shower needs attention. Not a pleasant stay at all. Due to possible GDPR issues I am not posting photos.

Great location. A little tight to park Overall the house was fine but the sofas were a bit low for us and the beds a little uncomfortable. It was a Shame we couldn’t open any of the windows too.

Overall compared to staying in a hotel we felt it was good

Lovely place good location

It was a nice area, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and the kitchen was well stocked.

From booking to staying I received a total of 17 emails, instructions, confirmations, proof of email, proof of ID, more instructions, more do's and don'ts. It all felt very relentless for one night so I was expecting a really gorgeous place, well presented and immaculate. This was not the case. The gate was broken and so was a kitchen cupboard (apparently they were aware but failed to inform me within the 17 emails). The accommodation is tired and could do with some attention. There is mould in the top bedroom. The price for one night, albeit a Saturday was high. Disappointed. Either lower the price or do some work.

Location was excellent for our needs. It was comfortable with nice homely touches.
