The house is beautiful and unique. We felt very at home here. It’s close to town and ideally situated.

Lovely property, very spacious bedrooms with great lay out through our property, very short walk in to the centre of Torquay, very cosy feel inside, brilliant facilities through out especially the coffee machine 😁 highly recommend!

Great location near shops and pubs without the traffic that goes with it. TV tuned into a wide range of channels. Spacious rooms

The heating was not on when we arrive and house cold, this was overcome though, but it was not a ‘ cosy cottage. Limited wine glasses and no scotch glasses. Everything else fine

Location is perfect , just 3 to 5 min walk from the town centre All you need is just very close Is very good priced for what it offers and very spacious. The owner, is very polite and responsive, always responding to my needs. Got there with my wife and 3 kids and we all enjoyed the house only for ourselves. Comparing with a night stay at the hotel, the price is more than accessible. At the hotel you share the building with more guests, and noises from some that doesn't want to sleep to early Best choice if made as a family man. If you got kids, is the best place to choose. Very nice kitchen with all the kitchenware you need.

Although, at a first look everything looks clean and put in place, there is not the perfect touch regarding the cleaning. You can spot some spider web in some corners or around the window seal, and a bit of dust, but that of course is not the owner fault, and honestly I got nothing bad to say about him. Even if I would like to say something bad , or to put something into attention,regarding the owner or the house I can not find. Only bit I could say is that would be nice and welcoming if would have some slippers and robes, might have but didn't see them (we've looked for them as was necessarily). I'll give a 9 just because of the cleaning standards. Is not as clean as you would expect especially in a AIRBNB kind of accomodation.

A lovely space. Very clean, lots of facilities - well stocked. Host was so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed this space. My daughter is 18 months and she loved the space, and the dinosaur museum nearby! We had a lovely time.

Amazing house, with quite a history, fabulous comfy beds with more than enough room, stones throw from Torquay harbour and all the facilities there and a ten min walk to Torre Beach or the town, would highly recommend this property and the owner was in contact if we needed anything. 5 stars.
