Alla Scalinata del Teatro Rossetti confort suites parcheggio in Viale XX Settembre

Posizione centrale molto comoda, con ristoranti, negozi e supermercati alla portata. Parcheggio in un centro commerciale a una decina di minuti di cammino dalla struttura. Padrona di casa disponibile e gentile, che ci ha anche permesso di ritardare il check out di qualche ora. Casa pulita, cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata, stendibiancheria, lavatrice, macchinetta del caffè con qualche capsula di benvenuto. Biancheria da letto e asciugamani puliti e inclusi nel soggiorno. Animali ammessi e accolti senza dover pagare supplemento!

Non è previsto il cambio biancheria e asciugamani, né la pulizia del locale, se non a fine soggiorno. Scalinata per arrivare al portone d'ingresso e altri due piani di scale per arrivare all'appartamento (i gradini sono bassi, noi li abbiamo fatti con bambino di un anno, passeggino e cagnolina- però sono un po').

Flat location was fine, in the center.

I communicated with the apartment owner through Booking.com to arrange a time to pick up the keys. She replied that she would be at the apartment at 11:30 a.m. The area around the apartment is extremely difficult to park in. After traveling 600 km from another country, I called her at 11:18 a.m., just to ask whether I could temporarily park on the street near the building without risking a fine. She responded unpleasantly, saying I was disturbing her and that she would be there at 11:30 as agreed. When she arrived, she shouted at me for interrupting her breakfast, saying she left it on the table because of me. She complained about having a private life and being nervous. I tried to reassure her calmly and explain why I called, but she wouldn’t let me speak and kept raising her voice. Eventually, I gave up trying to explain and let her talk. When she brought me the key and ticket to the parking garage, I took them from her, wished her a nice day, and left. She said she owns several apartments and doesn't have time to talk to guests—that her job is to clean, collect money, and hand over the keys. She had promised two parking passes but gave me the second one two days later, when I no longer needed it. She charged €53 in cash for the parking passes and local taxes but provided no receipt. Booking.com listed parking at €6 per day, yet she asked for €10. When I asked why, she tried to snatch the pass from my hand and told me to park wherever I liked if I didn’t like her price. I simply asked a question politely, but she reacted aggressively. The apartment itself is sparsely furnished. One room is very dark, with little natural light. Living spaces are not air-conditioned—only the hallway has AC. In the evening, it was hot inside, and with the windows open, noise from nearby bars and garbage collectors was constant. The furniture is old, some pieces damaged and dirty. The decor feels cheap and garish.

Convenient access to Trieste town centre

1) Next to a bar which was noisy. 2) Kids hanging at the top of the stairs where you accessed the property. One evening we caught a male urinating up the wall! 3) The building entrance was like a building site and lift didn’t work. 4) The shower did not drain properly.

Location, in city centar

It is mention that has parking place, but you need to pay and park in garage in shopping mall 5-7 min walking distance.

The host was very helpful, kind and available.

The apartment was blind and therefore not so cosy to spend time in there.

Perfect location

The flat is realy huge, has many beds and is really convinient for families. The beds are comfortable, everything was clean, heatong was very good. The kitchen is well equiped. There is everything you need for your good stay. Barbara is good host, we had some difficulties arriving (came after check in hours), she was friendly and she left us keys and instructions for garage. Location is excellent, very vivid with many bars and restaurants. Parking is hard to find on the streets, but there is option to pay to host, that parking is close by, in one commercial center.
