Absolutely stunning location right in the centre of town, to be close to restaurants, shops and the ferry services without needing transport, but down a little side street which was nicely away from the main crowds around the town. The facilities were perfect for our 5 night stay, very clean and comfortable, like a home from home. Paola gave great recommendations and had left us lots of information on places to visit and things to do, which was really great, and helped us find some lovely places "off the beaten track". Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit in the future.

It was perfect for us, but if you had any issues with mobility, it may prove difficult to get to and from, although most places in Bellagio are the same, and set in very steep and narrow streets and paths. I personally thought this gave the place its charm and beauty.

Great location. Nice and spacious studio apartment (it’s a 1-room apartment, not what English/Americans would call a 1-bedroom, as there is no living room). Great outdoor terrace, which is also very spacious. The location is perfect and weighs up for most, if not all of the not so good things.

Hosts don’t communicate expectations of having you clean it before leaving to look brand new. The host indicates they have a professional cleaner coming at check out but I suspect it is just them cleaning it, so they can pocket more money. Bring cash for your city tax, which is not included in your €300/night, although it is literally pennies. Complete distraction to not just include it in a room rate that high but I suspect the hosts a penny pinching to not be charged the booking.com fee on the city tax. Just silly. There’s a neighbor living a floor above in the adjacent building with a dog that barks aggressively 24/7. Completely unbearable at night or in the mornings.

This property was absolutely perfect. Equipped with everything that you could possibly need. location could not have been any better. Giorgio met us at check in and gave us lots of literature and brochures helped answer all the questions that we had. Even made us a cup of coffee while we went through all the information he had. Highly recommend staying at this accommodation. My only regret is that we stayed longer than the three nights.
