Small but comfortable bedroom and bathroom, kitchen with table for two and lovely balcony. Narrow view of lake from bedroom where you can sit with doors open and also people watch down the Salita (lane)

We cannot put into words what an incredible stay we had. The apartment is right in the heart of Bellagio, in a quiet back street. You can see the lake from the bedroom and all the photos are true to what the apartment feels in real life. The host met us on check in and went above and beyond to give us tips as to what to do for our stay in Lake Como, which we really appreciated.

Brilliant reception by the hosts - the balcony was the absolute best part of the apartment, perhaps a small parasol would have added to the atmosphere. Well equipped kitchen. Very central location.

We really struggled with the hard mattress of the bed- and would have liked separate duvets. The neighbor's dog was certainly not a quiet one - but of course no-fault of our hosts - and we were aware that we were staying in the very middle of town.

Excellent place!! Very good location, everything is nearby. Apartment is very cozy, stayed for three nights and felt almost like at home. Prepared our meal and stayed there for dinner even. The hosts are very nice and provide that little bit more than expected!

Nicely furnished, great view, quiet though central. Very caring and pleasant landlord.
