The house is lovely and very comfortable. The living area is amazing and the constantly changing view from the lounge and deck is just stunning.

Could have done with a few more utensils, dishes and containers to store leftovers in the fridge.

"Great location and spectacular view"

The place was a whole home on top of a hill in the country. It had a spectacular view of the bay which we especially enjoyed from the outdoor hot tub. It was a spectacular place to stay. We loved having the full laundry since we were on an 8 week trip.

The ride up the hill was really rocky for a little rental car and the sign at the bottom of the hill was very faded and almost unreadable. A nice sign from the main road turn-off and one at the first turn up the hill would have been very helpful.

Stunning location and views from the house. Very well maintained and modern property with a well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot tub while star-gazing - magical! Close to Curio Bay and lots of other great spots in the Catlins. A great place to stay on a working farm (but very peaceful and secluded).

Clean house with sensational views

The main kind size bedroom and ensuite were locked - we only had access to only a 2brm, 1brm (toilet) house. Not as advertised. Furniture and linen is dated. Lack of cushions and blankets (inside and for outdoor furniture) made it uncomfortable. TVs are both dated, no bluetooth so no streaming/ casting possible. Neighbours raced around the property on loud machinery until 2am. Sleep was impossible, safety was threatened.
