Struttura molto vicina al centro e al parcheggio. Luminosa ed accogliente; ben attrezzata. Pulizia ottima. Posta all' interno di un cortile quindi zero rumori.

Non aver potuto conoscere dal vivo l host anche solo per scambiare due parole.

Location is excellent. Host really goes out of their way to give travellers a homely experience - really nice touches like umbrellas at the door, guidebook and other info (in Italian), books, coat hangers, fruit, fruit juice). Good equipment for cooking (check out the fresh pasta place almost directly opposite). Excellent communication from host especially property access.

I don’t want to stay “didn’t like” as that is really harsh considering the effort the host has gone too in making a great little place. We did find the place darker than we thought but this was not issue if used the lights during the day. It is also on the smaller side but it’s fine for two. The door opens onto an internal courtyard used for parking. I can’t remember ever hearing a car though (the place is very quiet).

Lovely apartment on a great location. We really enjoyed 2 days in this clean and well equipped apartment, located right in the historical centre of Orvieto. Everything was within walking distance. Supermarket next door. Good communication with the owner and a warm welcoming with e.g. fresh fruits. Parking your car on Piazza Marconi is the best option (7 min. walking).

I know Orvieto very well, so I knew how great a location this place was in. Beautifully quiet, even though set back from the main shopping street. Great access to everywhere. Lovely to have the little kitchen and table to eat at and the local little supermarket is seconds from the apartment. I needed accommodation without stairs, so this was an added bonus. Comfortable bed. Beautifully clean. Easy instructions to gain entry. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Proximity to grocery/alimentari was superb... best feature by far. Unit was well decorated and pleasant. Liked the Orvieto skyline 'cutout'. Great location; close to many attractions. Decent kitchenette. Quiet location. No stairs. First floor location was convenient and easy. Clean and fairly new bathroom.

Perhaps a little lacking in natural light, but to be expected in ground floor location in Orvieto. Couch and dining facilities a bit small, adequate for 2 persons; would be an issue if more than 2. Shower was a bit of a squeeze, but was clean and functioned well.
