"Perfect spot in a fascinating city- recommend a visit"

Massimiliano was excellent and patient with all correspondence, we are from Australia and have very limited English, we also drove to Orvieto and Massimiliano helped with explaining the parking options. The property is very clean and well renovated and is very unique. The location is perfect for exploring this fascinating city

"A delightful apartment, well equipped and comfortable, centrally located. Perfect."

Firstly the location is excellent, we parked at the Marconi carpark which is outside the restricted zone, but an easy short walk to the apartment which is so centrally located in the old town , it is perfect. The car park is 1Eur per hour, but free from 8pm to 8am anyway, so is cheap and not busy. Definitely the best place to park. The apartment is outstanding, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and comfortable and quiet, and very, very clean. The host is helpful, friendly and responsive.

"Perfection!"

Perfect location, great host, comfortable stay with all amenities. We could not fault this beautiful property. Massimilano left fruit, water, juice and coffee for our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone making a visit to Orvieto.

"Great flat in the very center"

On the heart of the beautiful Orvieto town. 3 meters to the local Pam supermarket, all attractions are around you. Small but has everything one need. Highly recommend

"Lovely apartment in the lovely city"

The apartment is new, nice and very clean. The location is just perfect, in the heart of lovely Orvieto. There were some fruits and juices prepared for us, what is a very nice gesture.

Tiny things: shower is quite small and the fragrance from some air freshener (?) (couldn't find it) is too strong. But these are really small details.
