La Caletta-Praiano

The patio and view were outstanding and because the weather was good we spent some of our time on the patio. We were able to cook our own meals. Full kitchen. Two bathrooms for our group of 4. Two queen beds with excellent linens. The location felt very secure. The people we met along the way were lovely and the owner, Alessandra, was very responsive and easy to connect with.

There really wasn’t anything to dislike. It is a bit of a walk from the meeting place and a few stairs. You will need good map skills or Google/Apple Maps to find your way around. But once you are oriented it is easy. Anywhere you stay in Praiano is going to require walking and stairs. There is a local bus and plenty of taxis.

Great property, very nice views, good facilities, spacious and people were nice in general

It was a lot of effort ( 3 steps of steep stairs ) , 15 minutes walk to get to the property from the road especially since we had 4 big suitcases and baby stroller to carry with us. We did not know it would be so much effort to get to the property.

The view is amazing! Lots of space to sit outside and relax.

The maintenance of the house could be a little bit better.

Lots of space with a large front deck with amazing views. Washing machine was an added bonus.

Beautiful place, staff very cordial and helpful.

You need to be fit and might not be easy for people with mobility issues

The property had a beautiful view off a very spacious balcony. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious.

The hot water was hit or miss and sometimes showers had very little pressure. Made it difficult to have a proper shower sometimes. The patio doors didn’t lock, or we couldn’t figure out how to lock them, so the place was unlocked for most of our stay. It could have been a bit better stocked as we didn’t have a few things, like coffee filters.

Very host was very quick to respond and helpful. The views are EXCEPTIONAL.

Steep stairs and inclines that were not expected and were challenging.

The house and the view were amazing. Gennaro the host was also very accomodating.

The path to reach this house could have been explained a little better in the ad. With my older parents it was very difficult for them to walk the distance, and the stairs ijnvolved to reach the house. Definitely wish it was more accessibile. But also understand the Coast is that way.

Amazing views. Direct access to the beach from apartment. 5 minute walk to closest restaurant and a shop. Gennaro was very helpful when checking in and even helped organise a transfer for us to our next destination and held our bags while we explored Praiano on the day of check out. The apartment was spotless and had plenty of room.
