The Postage Stamp Cabin

The hosts were very friendly the cabin was beautiful perfect little getaway as a couple the bed was so comfortable had the best night sleep in a very long time everything was so clean and tidy will definitely be coming back again

There is nothing negative for me to say about our stay

Beautiful stay, albeit short if definitely stay again. Host was extremely helpful with finding the location prior to my visit and very friendly upon arrival. Cabin was cozy, comfortable, clean, spacious and has everything needed for the stay. The pictures really don’t do this place justice.

Lovely little cabin was lovely has cooking appliances, hair dryer and smart TV the one thing they could do is add a storage area for clothes as we lived out our suitcases but apart from this great the best mattress on the bed too .

Storage / location by a road so could hear a lot of cars .

Host was welcoming, facilities are fab and everything you need. The bed is super comfy, and TV set up was great for the kids!

I'm a light sleeper, so the noise from the main road was the only issue. Can't be helped as it's right next to the property, but the cabin itself is fab

It was clean, warm and well equipped.

This is a personal preference however the mattress was extremely soft and the bed itself (an ottoman) felt like it lacked stability, but completely understand the choice and need for storage space.

The cabin was lovely and cosy in a secluded location, everything we needed was supplied.

The road was a bit noisy (right by the A40)

The whole cabin is beautiful, really cosy, garden is really nice..has a bbq option available. If you want to do star gazing, astrophotography , night wildlife photography (can't say anything about day time photography, because I went into symonds Yat Rock for that which is only around 5 mile away) , tea, coffee, hot chocolate including milk was provided, along with some condiments (salt,pepper, mixed spice, ketchup, brown sauce, even oil) sound owner. Really nice place, I'd be more than happy to book there again.

Well they isn't anything that i can't think of really because it's great little place. If i had to nitty pick, i can only think of the parking bay its the slightest bit awkward to manoeuvre out of and i do mean slightly.but don't let that put you off at all...and they are no shops in walking distance, but if you're prepared in advance like we was then what do you need a shop for anyway? It's an excellent place it really is.

The cabin was just as described, the instructions given by the host was precise and he was there when we arrived. We have travelled as a family with 2 kids and the size was the perfect fit for our family. Kitchen was filled with some essentials that came handy for breakfast. The location was perfect to explore the Forest of Dean!

The cabin is located near a busy road, but we have read the reviews and were okay with it, so didn’t bother us much.
