Such a lovely place to stay, the host was amazing and could not have been more helpful, would defiantly stay again

I loved everything about this stay, the hosts were amazing and friendly, it was easy to find and very spacious!

We had to get used to the noise of the road, but this was fine after the first night

The only downside was the road noise, being so close to the main accesse in and out of Monmouth. After a while u get used to it.

Great place to relax, very clean and comfy.

Perfect spot and in reaching distance of every fishing venue I booked if that's your thing this is ideal.

Friendly welcome and lovely facilities for our overnight stay. We were greeted and had milk in the fridge for a cuppa too. Well located for Ross on Wye (10 minute drive away) and a great use of the space too. Felt at home very quickly, and the WiFi worked a treat to keep my two teenagers happy on their phones.

I hadn't appreciated quite how close it would be to the A40. After a while you get used to the noise, though. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but as only one of us used it, they were able to keep to the comfier section for the most part.

Steve and Clare, the hosts, are both incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the cabin over a bank holiday weekend, and the traffic from London was horrendous, causing us to be an hour late. Despite this, Steve and Clare were very patient and waited to hand over the keys. They took the time to show us around the cabin, and Steve was kind enough to demonstrate how to use the barbecue. As it was our first time visiting the area, they were really thoughtful and gave us some great suggestions on what to see and do. The cabin is ideal for two people but is also perfectly suitable for two adults and two children, as there's a sofa bed with plenty of bedding. The room was neat and tidy, and the open-plan kitchen had everything you might need to prepare your own meals. There’s a café just across the A40, and it’s only a 10 to 20-minute drive to various locations. We stayed for two nights and managed to visit Cardiff, Monmouth, and Symonds Yat Rock. If you’re planning a similar itinerary, this cabin would be an excellent choice for your stay.

Good enclosed outdoor space for children. Good selection of child toys already there. The bed was very soft. We would definitely consider staying here again.
