Needs renovation, smell of stale air and humidity

The location is amazing. There's free parking street which is quite close. You can walk from here and travel all around turistical places. The house is nice with common spaces.

The A/C is working really inefficiently. It took a lot of time to reduce the temperature in the room. Once I need to get out and get things from the car, when I got out of the house I felt chilled.

The host was very kind, fast at communicating, and informative. The area is excellent and the price is fair, as you are only a short walk (maybe 15-20 minutes) from many of Sevilla's sights like the Alcazar, the Cathedral, and the Archives of the Americas. The rooms have fans, which are fantastic for hot nights in the south, and there is a fully decked out kitchen and water cooler on the first floor. You cannot hear too much sound from other rooms. There is a cute terrace on top of the building as well, with a good view.

This was advertised as a private bathroom; however, the bathroom is in the hallway, and there are multiple rooms with guests. Even if the bathroom was exclusive to us (I am still not sure, it has a simple lock), it was a pain to have to get up in the middle of the night and go to the bathroom, or deal with putting on shoes, and the shared space of it did make myself and my wife more self-conscious or paranoid about how clean the shower was if multiple parties were using it. On a minor note, the pillows were extremely chunky/large and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the bed sheets are way too small for the mattresses, so they kept coming off as we slept or sat in bed.

The pillows could be more comfortable, but all the rest was fantastic!
