The place was great for an overnight stay. The location is quite good as it is not in the perfect center, but not to far to walk, we were also lucky to find a free street parking nearby, although all the streets in the area are quite narrow, so depending on the days you stay you might consider a paid parking. There is Mini Carrefour nearby. The hosts were responsive and the check-in/check-out process went quite smoothly. The bathroom was outside the room on the floor, but we got a separate key for it, so it's actually a private one.

We needed three beds and eventually received a room with a double bed and a second room which contained one bunk bed. The second room was quite small and had no windows, however it was sufficient for our needs.

Everything was ok. And he allowed us to leave our bags sooner.

The third bed was added to the room which was not very comfortable and it did not have blanket.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Communication from our host was excellent. The private room was nice and we appreciated use of the kitchen. The location was in walking distance to most things we wanted to see and otherwise we used the buses. The room was comfortable with plenty of storage space and the bed was very comfortable.

The room and bathroom were more worn than in the pictures and a bit dated so it was a little disappointing on arrival. Not amazing value for money in Seville for a shared guest house.

The location near the center is really convenient, the accomodation was clean and well looking. Kitchen was really well equipped with everything that we needed. Communication with the owners was without any problems. The terrace was a nice touch to the whole stay.

We needed to share only one key for 2 rooms, separated by the hall which was inconvenient for locking up or using the bathroom. The bedsheets were uncomfortable because during the night they kept getting off the bed.

Perfect location with easy access, and a Carrefour mini market right in front of the building. The place is very nicely decorated and comfortable. It also has a great rooftop terrace, perfect for the hot summer nights. Great value for money!

The location is great : close to everything, with a lot of good restaurants, animated neighborhood. The common parts were really convenient also and comfortable. The room was big and charming with the decoration.

The biggest problem was the communication for the check in. Around 7 hours before the actual time where I was supposed to come, I realized that I only had a code for the main door and not any instructions to get into my room, so I sent a message to the host. I had no answer until I went to the location. Then, the code that I had was not the good one, the host made a mistake. But the host was not answering my calls not my texts, so we stayed in a tiny street, exhausted by the fatigue, for half an hour before I found myself another way of contacting them and someone else finally took care of us. It was a very anxious experience for us to be basically in the streets with none of the calls answered for 30 minutes. After this, there were other issues like the bedroom was extremely hot (it was not that hot outside) even with the windows open, and the street was very loud (a dog barked all night), so for me it was impossible to have a good night sleep. Also, the bedsheets did not fit the bed so we had to sleep partially on the mattress which was not comfortable. After 24h, the bathroom was terribly smelly. There were a lot of positive things, but in my opinion I would not come back again, first because of the hard time for the check in, which was a very stressful moment. I do understand though that it could be minor issues for other people.
