Swansea Cosy Stay

Was a last minute stay for us but glad we stayed here. Has everything you need and everything was clean. Its close to the city centre and has shops nearby. Good WiFi. The host was helpful even after our stay.

The property was good and clean. It was comfortable to stay in.

The kitchen smelled of pee. Hard to park in the day. Heating was complicated to put on even though we had instructions.

The location is good, close to shops and city centre and attractions. Good access to motorways. Could be a fantastic property if it had a few hundred pounds spent on it. At nearly £100/night it is too expensive in its current state.

House is tired and in need of refurbishment. TV on the floor, not ideal when children are around, water marked tables, damp in the bathroom, not fully cleaned kitchen, dangerous fire place in main bedroom. The back garden is a mess with bin bags left to rot, overgrown, and rat seen. Under the microwave was a disgrace (we moved it to clean the work surface before serving. Could not hang washing out due to the state of garden/fence so had to have heating on (when we had gone round and turned all the radiators back on) in the middle of summer which made the house unbearably hot. Lots of swearing outside the house, so we had to close the window so children wouldn't hear it.
