Magnificent Clarence cottage!

Wonderful location exceptional house quirky extremely clean and comfortable. All 4 of us enjoyed the house so much well done to the owner. Would definitely come back for longer next time

The property was gorgeous, comfortable, dog friendly, and well equipped. We loved the interior design. The location was great - a short walk into town and great for walks too. Would have loved to stay longer.

We all loved everything, perfect location, garden was absolutely beautiful ! House was very spacious with fabulous decor and a great layout , views from bedrooms incredible , top notch cleanliness , really comfy beds and gorgeous bed linens, bathrooms and showers amazing ! Will be booking to stay again.

A coffee machine for the mornings would have made our stay even better.

Incredibly interesting house and ideal for social family gathering. Fascinating decor. Sadly wrong time of year to spend time in beautiful garden, but we spent time looking out at garden from conservatory. Extremely comfortable beds and generous sized bedrooms. Great location - easy (hilly) walk to town and beach. Will definitely revisit.

The whole experience was beautiful. We had a lovely time celebrating our Mums 60th. The location is very close to the beach and coastal walks, lots of good pubs and cafes. The house and grounds were beautiful, unique and stylish interior, it had everything we could think of, with games, all appliances and Wifi. The house was perfectly warm, even in January. Stephen was an amazing host, very quick responses and really helpful, both before and during our stay. We all said that we will definitely have to come back soon! Thank you.

The place was very clean. Lovely and warm too for such a big house. Nice location and views over to Swanage Bay. The garden is stunning and would be beautiful in the summer.

It is incredibly cluttered with artefacts which whilst interesting and quirky just take up so much room and also a bit of a hazard especially for young children. If it wasn't for the boxer in the lounge you could have another sofa so the lounge could accommodate everyone. The utility room was rather like an assault course to get to the washing machine.

An absolutely stunning property! A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Excellent communication with the host too.

This is a really lovely house, spacious, comfortable, warm and full of character and style. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 having a family get together and everything was provided for a relaxing stay. The gardens are extensive and beautifully kept, although we were staying during a rather nasty storm so we didn’t get to enjoy them to the full. Although only a short walk from the centre of Swanage and the seafront it is very private house, surrounded by a high wall and not at all overlooked. There are sea views from 2 of the bedrooms.

The only issue we had was 2 of our group are very tall and had a few collisions with one of the low doorways!
