The Cottage Aberlour

Very cozy house and welcoming hosts. Unfortunately, noizy road construction works infront of the door.

Good location at edge of town with good parking. Cottage was clean and tidy and had everything you could need. The small log burner in the living room was excellent. Although cottage is right on main road traffic noise was hardly ever heard and was never an issue.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low but water was piping hot. Not the best area for tv, mobile or internet signals. Wi-fi was stable connection was slow only 4mbs or so, still streamed youtube and sky ok though with only odd issue.

Host was so welcoming. Cottage cosy, clean and warm. Amazing part of Scotland to visit - a real privilege

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is well appointed with everything we needed. Everything was clean and well maintained and we had no problems during our stay. Despite being next to the road, there wasn’t a lot of noise, and it certainly didn’t bother us. The walk into Aberlour was straightforward and on pavements.

Really great cottage. Very spacious and very well equipped and provisioned. We really enjoyed having an open fire in the evening as well as the whiskey and shortbread provided. Hosts were super helpful and welcoming.
