"Very perfect for a short trip to the area around amaranth"

Site is excellent to explore portugals north. Porto easy to reach by car in about 40 min. Recommend to park and ride from concert hall. Douro valley also easy to access in about 40 min. Place is cute, clean and the landlords are great people. Also a fun donkey on site

"Very magical stay in a restored family farm with delicious fresh breakfast."

We had an amazing stay at the Quinta do Santinho! The hosts have shown great care in little details that made our stay magical. We loved walking through the olive grove, and the pool. The 3 bedroom space was also very comfortable and beautifully done. But our favorite part was the delicious breakfast with fruits from the farm and learning about the history. Thank you for such a special stay!

Great country lodging next to Amarante. Spacious room with gallery, swimming pool, delicious breakfast, very friendly hostess.

The room was a bit smelly, probably because of moisture (built with stone and wood).

"Gorgeous location and comfortable home!"

We loved everything about this property. Ana, the host, is so sweet and accommodating and makes a fabulous breakfast. We were traveling with a small child and the property was great for kids. The house was very comfortable.

You do have to drive to get food, but we were expecting that, so it was not a big deal.
