Quinta do Santinho

We loved everything about the property! The warm welcome, the rooms, the breakfast, the lovely and refreshing outdoor, the homemade jams and everything in between.

The owner’s hospitality (sorry for my bad memory with people’s name).

A bit confused to find the location but the owner promtly reply my message through booking.com and awaited for my arrival. After following his direction, it’s really easy to find the quinta.

Very spacious 3 bedroom house, well decorated, comfortable and everything needed for a relaxed holiday. The owners are lovely, and made us feel right at home. Shame we couldn’t stay longer. And breakfast included was an added bonus - homemade, good variety and quality.

The owners/staff always available. a very cozy room. a special room for the kids… fresh food / local fruits for the breakfast… all the place with small details for kids and grown up ! we’ll repeat!

the only small thing is the lack or poor signaling/guidance for access the place… even google / Waze helped that much. yet the owner was waiting and on calling he gave us the right guidance.

Beautifully restored, well equipped, comfortable little stone houses. Friendly owner very knowledgeable about wine and great recommendations for restaurants. (The most) Delicious berries and jams. Generous breakfast.

Nothing

It has everything you need but keeps its original rustic feeling. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly but let You have your privacy. The pool area is clean and has everything you need. It is decorated by a designer with a true respect to the portuguese soul and history

Clean new spaces with country charm setting, swimming pool and close to Amarante. The people were excellent for service, information and activities. We tried and enjoyed the craft beer, berries and the great breakfasts. It would make a good home base while visiting the Guimarães, Duoro etc. areas. Day trips to Porto are easy.
