Great little cottage so close to Ballater centre. Easy to park. Wonderful walks from the doorstep. Small but packs everything you need.

Found it a little hard to find need to look across the road as front door not on the street.

Good central location. Good bike store. Lovely wood burner. Comfortable living space with everything needed. Parking was easy with a good car park 1 minute away. Central for walks all around.

I understand it isn’t cost effective to have Wi-Fi but I missed it. Bathroom quite chilly but probably only a problem for us elderly folks.
