"Comfortable stay in a great location"

Great location and an excellent base for cycling trips. There are plenty of bike trails nearby, surrounded by beautiful nature and scenic views. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed during our stay. We also appreciated that the hosts provided us with a microwave upon request.

The Wi-Fi signal was rather weak and there was a slight damp smell when we first arrived. However, overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place, especially for cyclists and nature lovers.

Lovely peaceful location. The cabin was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and owners and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about local area.

The Cabin at No 45 is perfect base in Ballater to explore the Cairngorms. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay including a kitchen that makes it very easy to cook in. I enjoyed my visit very much and will definitely be returning in the future. Allison and Les are extremely friendly and helpful and just make for a perfect stay.

"Small but almost perfect cabin"

Small but comfortable. Bedroom excellent. Owners dog v friendly. Excellent hosts and breakfast. A very relaxing place.

Kitchen was a bit restricted for space and no microwave.
