P74 - Riverside Family Pod with Hot Tub

Absolutely everything ! From the gate saying hello to us leaving saying goodbye. The sound of the river has got us planning a next trip back already.

I came here a few years back, and there were slippers for all guys with they name on it. Took away a point, but who cares. I score this place over 100. So it don't matter

Beautiful location, lovely cabins with hot tub. Staff were friendly. The restaurant had good food great portion sizes, very friendly helpful staff. The cabin was lovely, right on the river bank and quiet.

Although it seemed very clean and the bedding was clean. The lower bed had a full grown mushroom growing up the side, in between the bed and the shower room. The hot tub had some cracks and Although chlorinated had a bit of a "scum" around the edge. Unfortunately an early check out and a late check in means no reception. Theres a number to call, but didn't think it warranted an emergency.

Amazing location, perfect cabin and very easy to check in/out. Onsite bar/restaurant is very good quality and made things very easy. Location is perfect for all local attractions - would definitely stay again.

Hot tub was lovely although after 2 showers i still absolutely stink of cholrine, nice quiet location.

First impressions opened the door and was hit with a nose burning bleach smell. Upper bed covered in dead bugs all around the window and over the side of the bedsheets which meant we couldn't sleep there, there must of been 100 little dead bugs so it hasnt been cleaned for a while. We had to sleep in the pull out bed which was very uncomfortable. Pillows really hard as was the thin mattress. Electric wires hanging out from behind the blind pelmet above the pull out bed. Both stools for the pull out table are filthy and covered in hair and bits they need a good clean.

Location is perfect , 10 mins of the a55 , good base for exploring the surrounding area , village a couple of minutes drive away with local shops , takeaways an a couple of pubs . We stayed in p74 which was right on the river absolutely beautiful, the pod was perfect had literally everything we needed for our stay . Check in was 4pm but had a call at around 10-30 am saying it was ready , so we jumped in the car an off we went . Had a drink in the bar , didn’t have food but what seen looked very nice . Paid an extra £30 for a late check out so we could take in scenery for a couple of hours longer . Will definitely be returning next year

the only issue I had which was nothing to do with ogwen was with midges I was bitten quite a lot yet the wife wasn’t I must have tasted better !
